The Free New Mexico (FNM) Party State Central Committee (SCC) called a meeting to order at 7:07 PM on Friday, May 31, 2024. Present at the call to order were the Chair, Vice Chair/Secretary, Treasurer, Affiliate Director, Campaigns Director, Outreach Director, and Fundraising Director.
The agenda for the meeting was:
1) Report on recent meeting with the ballot access committee
2) Present updated information regarding volunteer balloting
The chair of the Signature Drive Committee began with a report on the meeting with National’s Ballot Access Committee earlier that day. The Chair also assisted in the report. Discussion centered on new terms from National regarding the volunteer drive and the possibility of getting and handling voter registration data to aid in the drive. The Affiliate Director made some points about making custom Google Maps for signature drive purposes.
The Vice Chair/Secretary made a short report on the National Convention proceedings.
Finally, the Chair moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed without opposition, and the FNM Party adjourned at 7:59 PM.
