The Free New Mexico (FNM) Party State Central Committee (SCC) called a meeting to order at 7:10 PM on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Present at the call to order were the Chair, Vice Chair/Secretary, Affiliate Director, Communications Director, Outreach Director, and Legislative Director.
The agenda was:
1) Treasurer’s report
2) Approve recent Proposed Minutes
3) Dealing with Domain names held by Caryn Ann Harlos
Since the Treasurer was unable to attend, the Chair skipped the first part of the agenda.
The Chair then moved to adopt the proposed minutes from the August 5, 2025 meeting. The motion passed without discussion or objections.
A discussion was opened about domain names.
During the discussion, the Communications Director moved to arrange later on to purchase a domain name centered around the Make America/New Mexico Healthy Again slogan. After some discussion, the motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
The Chair then moved to allocate $75 for the two domains currently held by Caryn Ann Harlos and the MAHA-related domain. After some discussion, the Chair asked to amend the motion to get rid of the MAHA-related clause and reduce the allocation to $55. After some discussion, the amendment passed without objections. The amended motion then passed without objections.
The Chair then moved on to discuss the legal situation with the Secretary of State. Various options and details were discussed, but no motions were forthcoming.
Finally, the Chair moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed with no discussion or objections, and the meeting adjourned at 8:17 PM.
