The Chair asked to table the Liberty Focus Fund issue. There was some discussion, then Austin Martin joined the meeting. The Chair then moved to enter into a Committee of the Whole and admit Austin Martin to that meeting. The motion passed without objections, and we entered a Committee of the Whole at 7:14 PM. We returned to the official meeting at 7:58 PM.

The Chair then moved to table the LFF discussion. The motion passed without discussion or objections.

The Treasurer then corrected some issue with receipts/invoices from counsel. He cleared up some confusion as to spending up to the present. There was some discussion, which led to the Chair making a motion to allocate an additional $2000 of federal funds to release to counsel as needed. An additional part of the motion was for the Chair to inform counsel that these funds are intended to suffice through January. There was no discussion, and the motion passed unanimously through voice vote.

The Treasurer then moved to donate $500 of federal funds to support Austin Martin’s federal legal expenses, and for the Chair to communicate with other parties that we have done so. After some discussion, the motion passed unanimously through voice vote.

The Secretary then moved to amend the agenda to include discussion of the LNC News response. This motion met no objections and passed. The meeting participants then discussed the answers to be provided to an LNC News representative.

After that discussion finished, the Treasurer moved to allocate an additional $500 of federal funds to Austin Martin’s federal legal expenses if no other state parties provide similar support by October 6, 2026. After some discussion, the Treasurer offered an amendment to change the motion to add a donation discussion to the agenda for the next meeting. Then, after some more discussion, the Treasurer withdrew his amendment and motion.

The Secretary then moved to adjourn. The motion passed without discussion or objection. The meeting adjourned at 8:50 PM.
